Welcome To Victor Valley Adult School!

IMPORTANT NEWS FOR THE 2020/2021 SCHOOL YEAR:

DUE TO COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS


ALL CLASSES WILL BE ONLINE (DISTANCE LEARNING) FOR THE FALL 2020 SEMESTER.

No courses will be held in-person or on campus. Teachers will be available by email, Google Classroom, and other platforms during your course's scheduled Adult Ed hours.

As all registration, coursework, and business can now be conducted online,
OFFICE VISITS SHOULD BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Visitors will be screened and must wear a protective face covering to enter any district site. Only the person registering may enter. Guests and children will not be permitted on campus.

2019/2020 DIPLOMAS:
All diplomas will be sent by mail and you will receive an email soon with a short survey asking you to update your mailing address. If you need to pay fees, return books, or have any additional questions please email our office at ajgarca@vvuhsd.org

Victor Valley Adult School (VVAS) offers free to low-cost classes for adults 18 and older (not currently enrolled in high school). Students can obtain a high school diploma, general education diploma (GED) *COMING SOON*, learn about jobs, explore options to transfer to our local community college, prepare for industry recognized certification, learn to speak English, and learn how to become a U.S. citizen.

Adult Education opens doors and delivers success! It provides lifelong educational opportunities and services preparing adult students with the knowledge and skills necessary to participate effectively as citizens, workers, parents, and family members. 

Victor Valley Adult School provides high quality, student friendly classes and programs designed to help community members reach their personal, educational and career goals. Our instructors are experienced in working with adults and understand what it takes to make the decision to “go back to school.”

Classes are held in a variety of school and community locations throughout Victorville and Adelanto. VVAS accepts ongoing registration please use this website to explore the different programs offered at VVAS.  For more information you can contact the office at (760) 955-3201 ext. 10241.
