HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA AND ESL REGISTRATION IS NOW

OPEN FOR THE

2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR!

Classes Start AUGUST 21, 2025

Registration is now open for our High School Diploma and ESL programs for the 2025-2026 school year. Registrations received during July will be checked for completion and processed after July 31, 2025. Registrations are processed in the order they are received.

New students will not be enrolled until all registration requirements are met:

Official transcripts from your last school attended (diploma students only)

Government issued photo ID (diploma and ESL students)

All diploma program students MUST bring their official transcripts in a sealed envelope and a photo ID with them to testing or you will not be allowed to test. Students whose LAST school was within our District (AHS, CIMS, GEC, HJH, LLA, LMS, SHS, UP, VVHS, VVVA, VVHA), including Victor Valley Adult School, do not need transcripts. Do not drop them off in the office.

Processing time is two to three weeks once you have completed ALL requirements (registration, testing, ID, transcripts if needed, & counselor appointment).

Schedule a meeting with the counselor

Our diploma classes are in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our Victor Valley Adult School Campus. Depending on the instructor, class times are from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. *Students are required to physically check in with the teacher at least once a week and stay for as long as possible. Students are also able to work at their own pace online from wherever they have an internet connection.

Our Victor Valley Adult School Campus ESL classes are in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Time will be dependent on the level of class the student is assigned to which will be either level 1 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. or level 2 from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Please scroll down for more information and to register.

Our Adelanto High School ESL classes are in person on Mondays from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please scroll down for more information and to register.

At this time we are not offering any CTE medical classes. We don't know if or when these classes will be offered again. Please continue to check here for future offerings.

To enroll in the diploma program, you will need a government-issued ID and your official transcripts from the last school you attended, in addition to your completed registration form.

Students whose LAST school was within our District (AHS, CIMS, GEC, HJH, LLA, LMS, SHS, UP, VVHS, VVVA, VVHA), including Victor Valley Adult School, do not need transcripts.

Please note your last school attended correctly on your registration form. Official transcripts must be unopened and brought to us in a sealed envelope when you come to test along with a valid photo ID. If transcripts are emailed, they must come directly from the school's email address or an authorized person's email address with a valid signature, and be sent directly to our email address at adulted@vvuhsd.org. We cannot accept emailed transcripts from students.

Victor Valley Adult School offers a reduced credit requirement of 150 credits. Classes are in person and students are required to attend classes and stay for as long as they can. Students must physically check in with their teacher at least once a week. Students are also able to work online at their own pace from wherever they have an internet connection. Students must now complete ALL registration requirements INCLUDING TESTING before your registration will be processed. Students will need to bring their transcripts (only needed if your LAST school was outside of the VVUHSD schools) and ID with them to testing. Processing may take up to two to three weeks once you have completed ALL requirements.

NOTE: All students MUST take our assessment test. This is a basic reading and math test and is NOT a pass-or-fail test. This test is mandatory and we cannot process your registration until this test has been taken and all registration requirements have been met (complete registration with no mistakes, testing, ID & transcripts brought to testing if needed). When you receive an email from us regarding your registration, that email will include a link to sign up for one of our testing sessions. Please read the email thoroughly and follow the instructions in the email.

NOTE: All registrations and emails that come in from the beginning of July to August, will not receive any confirmation email or reply back until we return back from summer break which will be mid-July to the beginning of August.
